Doesn't have means to relate opportunity to campaign (Opportunity tab)

In the Campaign Tab, we can create an opportunity, however,
in the Opportunity Tab, there's no way to relate an opportunity to
a campaign.
Is this the way it should be?
If so, where do I actually create an opportunity?
- During lead conversion in Lead Tab? - Within a campaign in
Campaign Tab? - Within the Opportunity Tab?
Or has this been accidentally left out?
