Hello. I take sedatives on a regular basis, prescribed by my therapist. These are lightweight, plant-based tablets. But, in my own experience, it helps. Maybe it's the placebo effect, but I don't care. The main thing is that I feel better and much more stable emotionally. I get mostly stress from my work, as I work with commercial floor cleaning service and when I get stress, i just take a break as I go on boating for 2-3 days and when I came back I get full relax and get back to my work.
