Leads still doesn't match with Campaign summary

New leads created works and are properly counted in campaign summary.
Old data (data which exist before this fix) doesn't show up properly in campaign summary.
Changing campaigns for a lead also doesn't work (not counted in new campaign).

Attached are 2 screen shots showing mismatch in leads and campaign summary.

This commit addresses not exactly what the ticket says, but it's related.
