Some company use database of documents.

Often, companies use the documents of previous orders to speed
up the training files. It makes sense to introduce the
functionality of ordering and storing files in the system. For
example, the task may be as follows:
1. Order files are stored in the server file system on the
principle of nested folders (1 folder - the name of the company of
the customer, 2 (subfolder) - which either criterion, 3 - meaning
the same 2 points.)
2. Processed file is uploaded to the server, if there is such a
file, then the name is added to the number of release (meaning -
tracing the history of document changes)
