IE issues - When you click "Create" in any section there is formatting issue in ie

Hi,
IE issues - When you click "Create" in any section there is
formatting
issue in ie so the "Create" form looks blank until you hover
your
mouse over it or click around on the screen.
I have checked this in firefox and its working fine. You can
check
this issue in "http://demo.fatfreecrm.com" on
create section by
clicking on create link.
Can any one find solution for this and can i know what may be
the
reason for this.
