  Dropbox works without installing any plugins. I use rails 3.2.12

  However... it seems to be almost unusable as it is implemented now.

  1. Dropbox accepts only plain text emails.
     Now who sends plain text emails to customers or receives plain text emails from them? So it takes more time to re-format them than just to copy the text to the web fromtend. It also has to be UTF8.

  2. Comments added by dropbox cannot be edited, just deleted.
     So I can't shorten the text later. If I copy some of the text to a new comment and delete the imported comment, then I mix up the order of the comments.
