Suggest Company name in Convert Field

This is purely a usability suggestion- when converting a lead to an account, it should pre-fill the account name with the lead's company, or preselect it from the dropdown if there is a match. Also, when the new account form is displayed, the _lead disappears, effectively hiding the company name.
