Comment formatting

I've modified the comments so they are now:
- Formatted using simple_format so line breaks are converted into
paragraphs
http://apidock.com/rails/ActionView/Helpers/TextHelper/simple_format
- The comments are placed to the right of the avatar image and don't wrap under them.
