How To Go About Trademarking In Switzerland

Reported by Alen Parker | January 5th, 2021 @ 11:05 PM | in 0.9.10 "Alekhine"

If you wish to secure your rights to a product, service or commodity, then you have to trademark it. In Switzerland, the laws are lenient and if you have a unique name and product, then you can easily acquire the rights. All you have to do is look at Switzerland trademark search database, and you will see whether or not if your desired name is taken. If it is, then you will have to come up with a unique name. Sometimes, something as simple as a change of spelling can get the job done. Just make sure it does not overlap with any existing ones. Did you find this useful?
