Setting for default permissions

The options to change the default permissions for the input - we want to share everything so everybody has insight in what is happening and would like it default on 'share with everybody'

- Milestone order changed from “0” to “0”
There is a setting for this, see :default_access in config/settings.yml
I'm not sure whether this was the case when I first commented on the ticket, but the feature does exist now. It's a shame this was never updated.

This feature does work for us. I'm pretty sure the ticket could be closed.
