Bug in FatFreeCRM::Plugin / Tab

Hi,
We have run into an issue where a plugin that initializes tabs will cause crm:setup and db:migrate to break.
I've just added a conditional statement that won't process the 'tab' method unless the 'settings' table exists in the database.
