Converting Leads to Contacts Should Retain Notes

When converting a lead to contact, I believe the notes for the lead should all be moved to the new contact as well, or atleast there should be a view in the contact's record of all the notes associated with the lead back when they were a lead. It's good to have that background info for the contact.
