Provide indication on converting lead

Currently, when you convert a lead to an account using the ajax form (from either the leads index or leads show action) there is no indication that the lead is being converted after pressing the submit button. This action is currently kind of slow, so it just sits there. Maybe just use the ":disable_with" option on the button, as well as other form buttons in the system?
