Account notes - Can this be moved to the bottom of the account page or scrolled up?

We are heavily using fatfree at work now and have noticed that the volume of notes we have entered within the differing accounts pages mean we have to scroll and scroll to get to the tasks and contacts information.
Is it possible to move the notes entry & listing to the bottom of this page? Perhaps an alternative may be to have the notes list scroll up?

Would it be better if you could collapse/expand Notes section? How about collapsing/expanding individual notes? Another idea would be an option to show last N notes with "More..." link at the bottom.
I understand your request, and I'd like to find the best possible solution.
