simple_column_search should not escape dots

If a given account name is: "A.J. Enterprise"
when searching for "A.J.", that account won't be matched.
The search term is currently transformed to "A J ". I have attached a patch for this.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
Fixed in http://github.com/michaeldv/fat_free_crm/commit/2e980dfe1a187855ac6... (also escape ' to be able to find O'Donnell, etc.)
