Tasks: "updated" is too vague, use "completed", "reassigned", "rescheduled", etc.
Honor permissions of objects being tracked.

Each extra model necessitates a database modification if we wish to retain relationships between Document and User/Case and other models (to add foreign key). We want to scale up the application and add additional models that will have better performance now that's good, word wipe but it gets tough to maintain
