[Dropbox] Adding a note to a given opportunity (or other model??) should touch the updated_at column

I like to view my opportunities in the order of last update- which helps keep the currently active ones near the top of the list. When I log a note on a given opportunity, this does not update the opportunity record- and I think it should. Otherwise the "last updated" ordering option is of questionable use.
