Accounts Total, Closed/Lost

I can replicate this issue on demo.fatfreecrm.com
When I add an opportunity and give it an Amount of $100, it appears for that Account on the accounts page in the green tab as $100 toward that account. Now, if i set the stage to "Close/Lost" I would assume that on the Accounts page i would not have that $100 listed since it was not won, but the $100 is still there. When i put the probability to 0, since it has been lost. It is still showing $100.
Maybe this is how proper CRMs work, but this is not my expectation.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
Makes perfect sense, Closed/Lost opportunities should not be counted towards account total. I'm going to fix that in the master branch.
