Discounting Opportunities not calculating

On an individual account page, you can add an opportunity and give it an Amount of $100. Then give it a discount of $100. The account page correctly identifies this and reduces the "tag line" under the opportunity to be the correct price of ZERO. The Probability field does this correctly as well.
On the full list of accounts, the amount expected is JUST the Amount without any discounts or probabilities.
I have tested this on demo.fatfreecrm.com and it has this problem.
Expected behaviour
The accounts' list amounts also reflect discounts and
probabilities.
