Add an easy way to reject leads

Currently I think it takes too many clicks to reject a lead. Given that about 50% of our leads are not qualified, it sure would be handy to have a "Reject" link next to the "Delete!" link in the DHTML header of _lead.html.haml and the title_tools for leads/show action.
